Yup, ofcourse, Sounds legit.
Idc if you believe or not.. but 313 isnt that high dude...
Also 5xx paragon is insane, even for botting!
If you are genuinely buying a D3 account you may as well take his word for it that he hasn't botted. You have a 95% chance that whatever account you buy from PlayerAuctions/EGS/MD/Anywhere will have been botted at some point.
I bought a D3V Barb way back to smash pots (until it was nerfed) and then run Core of Arreat 24/7.
It was $5 more expensive than buying a copy of the game from Blizzard and it came at level 60 with a not-completely-shit gear baseline. Ran it for maybe 3-4 months and quit the game. At some point between then and coming back 4-5 months later the owner had attempted to get it back and got it banned.

311 is pretty high and 500 is not insane, 500 is just 1-2 weeks from 300 which is 1-2 weeks from 0
