Pile On - Main attack
Zombie Piranhas
Leeching beasts
Rain dance
Fetish Army
Wrathful protector or Restless Giant

Passives

Pierce the veil
Fetish Sycophants
Creeping death
Midnight feast

This is a pet build for ghom
The creeping death passive allows your +15% damage from Piranhas to last 5min, Zombie Piranhas proc Fetish sycopants often. Stack +fire damage at first from a fresh 70 and use Wrathful protector, and then move into all physical once you get some torment 1 runs in and switch to restless giant. If you have to gear to change Rain dance to slam dance and can keep up the mana do so. Max life on hit in paragon points for your leeching beasts to help keep you alive.

I botted a fresh 70 and used this build on torment 1 for 10 hours then moved up to t4 within botting another 10more. A couple more upgrades and will be efficiently botting t6

A pet build which is neither good for damage or anything else...

Ezmode fire:
Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

Ezmode poison:
Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

Ezmode MoJ only:
Witch Doctor - Game Guide - Diablo III

All of your pets (Wrathful/Fetishes) get +30% damage from using Slam Dance. That gives you way more damage then Pile On ever will. None of the above builds need additional mana or have mana issues. And Bogadile does 400% over 8 sec + single hit for 840% more weapon damage. Again, much better then Zombie Piranhas.

These builds all get more runs per hour because they have a speed boost they take less damage from Ghom because of damage reduction and on average they do like 25-30% more damage then yours.

For fire build, why use Gruesome Feest? You dont really need that passive since your going to kill Ghom so fast theres no point in going for health globes, I have this option OFF.

I suggest in its place either, Jungle fortitude for more defense, or Fetish Spychopants for more possible damage~

I use the exact build in your sig except I change the spirit vessle passive for another zombie dog and I use fire dogs (since I have all fire damage). Sadly no Tasker so my kills arn't extremely fast. Personally getting 55 gph (12-14 second kills). But sadly my computer itself is holding me back as I have MUCH more load time than most due to having crap DDR2 ram.

Thank you! I just bumped up to t6 cause of this. Bats works so much better with slam then pileon

Why no zombiedogs for extra damage instead of spiritwalk? :)

I use spirit vessel because I'm a WD Main~ =P Old school D3 vanilla, WD main~

Thing of the Deep makes you pick up some health globes even in a 8-10 sec Ghom Fight. +10% intel is +10% damage and usually you get 2-3. Basically though, I just find em to be more reliable then Fetishes because unless you maxed out attack speed you won't spawn more then 1 every 6-7 sec or so.
