Hello Support team .

I bought a 3 secsion Exilebuddy from : http://crypto.thebuddyforum.com/ ( paid 7,497 LTC - 01 - May - 2014 ) but till now , i still do not receive key. My email : [email protected]

My Transactions history :

#508397320 -7.507 LTC Withdrawal LTC to address LWqJ4B6DFEE39KFHpDJNxjyuXA3gfctvsD 01.05.14 - 20:22:05 ( 0,01 fee withdraw from btc-e.com ).

I sent an email to [email protected] and received reply from : [email protected] ( 01/05 ) : " Your request (#43719) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

Next day ( 02/05 ) I sent a ticket : 43787 , the supporter said that his boss will check in 3 -5 days ( now 5 days past ).

So could anyone check for me ? I think this is a very very easy problem , update your LTC wallet and done but noone help me .

So does http://crypto.thebuddyforum.com/ till work ?

Could anyone reply me ? I am waitting my key :( . My email : [email protected].

But how long must i wait ? 2 weeks , 3 weeks , 1 year or more , I don't know .

You said " Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive your KEY via email " . So i think this is an automatic system .

I hope your boss can solved soon . Haiz.
 
send another e-mail sometimes they get lost in the mix, but i cant do anything for you on the forums. no one on here even has access to that stuff.

So sorry , but i only send 1 ticket : 43787 . I will wait some days more . I think in this forum , someone ( mod , smod ) can help me .
