I slowed mine down to 32 GPH and still got it.

yeah either once you're marked you're pretty likely to trip it again, or everyone's on some internal weekly counter that averages out to be around 30 games an hour, 24 hrs a day
so once you go over that you start triggering it
i dont know, it's annoying though
