I enjoy the game, but to answer you question, probably the only way to make money would be if you wanted to build accounts with gear ect, you could build accounts to sell.

Special items sell, Starmetal Kukri, Shard of Hate, Wand of Woh, fullsets. Basically if you got a good selling point then yes, it's very possible to cash in heavily on account sales. Of course this is very dependant on luck, but that's also the reason why people are willing to pay good money for the accounts.

Also ofc:
* Bot Ghom so accounts have a good gold supply.
* Even if you get a good item fill up all other slots.
