Seems nerfed to me, or a lot of people are being unlucky with Ghom

It isn't nerfed.. I am averaging 2.5-3 LPH on Ghom T4 Barbarian over about 3 hours. Since a lot of people believe this game is on a timer for legendaries, it isn't uncommon to see three or four in a matter of 15-20 minutes then none for an hour.
