The only thing I can suggest is to delete HB completely from your system, use ctrl+alt+del and check the task manager for any instances of HB running and if there are any then click them and choose 'End Process', delete anything that is related to HB from your system, then download it again, unzip it to the desktop, leave all files named as they are, and try running it as administrator.

I know it sounds redundant, and it probably is, but sometimes that helps.

Deleted everything related to honorbuddy going to reinstall if it doesnt work.... grrrrrr.

okay if these dont work maybe i just have to download it on a diff site
 
yeah all it says is already installed the components every time i start it
