Not sure what scares me more, the word Warden or the fact i cannot understand wtfh i just looked at.

Rofl, ikr. been using a Modded HUD for about 5 months, no ban for that either.
Really doubt i or anyone is gonna get banned for farming leg's which doesn't even affect the economy cos there aint a RMAH to sell em on...

pretty sure i'd be banned for hacking/modding before botting, eh?

Just simply stating the reason for band is not because they are losing money it is because you are breaking the rules.

I think most are fed up with the game at this point, while I kind of agree its pretty odd to have to bot whats basically a single player with server-client sync.

Going to investigate this claim - I'll let you guys know what I find.

I wouldn't worry too much. Its against a lot of laws in many different countries for Blizzard to scan outside of the Diablo 3 process. If you get banned for running something, just ask them why they are punishing you for grinding in a game designed to be grinded in non-stop. If they give you some hocus pocus bullshit tell them they are breaking the law by scanning outside of the processes.
