A5 - Siege Camp Chest Runner V2.0 w/ Chest Sensing & Movement Management

My earlier log, as mentioned was with 0 MF- only picking legs/imperials for pure speed- no town run all night.

NO issues. Besides crusader specific issues.

- Legendary: 16 [1.54 per hour] {1.03 %}

Currently running it now. Will post it around 6-8 hours in.

May craft some MF gear tonight. My 1.03% leg drop rate really makes me think it does matter.

Can you share new movetosno and trinityinteract files man??

I use the default TrinityInteract in 1.8.26 and moved away from TrinityMoveToSNO in 2.0, rrrix said it is being deprecated. With a static map like this I am using conditionals, ActorExistsAt, and MoveTo for finding chests.
 
oh thx man can i change manually minimum gold pile up to 4000 i want to max 20k :)

I'm starting to have a feeling that MF affects chests. It has never been confirmed by a blue but even at 10% effectiveness it seems to help a lot. I have run chests for the last week on and off and any 10+ hour run I had with over 100 MF never yielded me less then 2 LPH, well once but it was like 1.95%.

If anyone has some serious legacy MF they could really help us out. Run this profile at 300% then 0% for over 10 hour runs. Filling in 100% and 200% when you have the time.
 
Cap'n, thanks for the great profile. Even after today's updates, my crusader still has weird issues. He frequently goes back to chests he has already opened. For example, the last 2 chests; he frequently will open the top then bottom, then go back and stand next to the top one, then the bottom one before going to log out. He does similar thing on other chests, walking away a short distance (after picking up the gold) and then going back and just standing there for a moment before continuing. Not sure if this is something you can fix with the profile, or if it's DB/Trinity. I have the latest DB Beta, Trinity 1.8.26, and your 2.0B profile with CrusaderCombat.
 
I recently threw out my legacy MF stuff. Including the follower weps with it- after reading a post showing that it scaled down to 10% or less or something at lvl 70. I assumed all MF did this. I was wrong apparently?

Did you lower the chest pickup radius?

im running your profile now, and before that the other siegcamp chest profiles since the first profile for it, and to be honest always was between 2-3 lp/h and i never had MF . i dont think that chest are affected by MF and also dont think that MF is affecting anything so much.

i startet the profile since 1 hour, and now i am at 4,73legs/hr , but its just luck for now. Chests have a fixed drop chance for legendaries (on t6 1,25% if i remember right) , it has nothing to do with RNG. thats why the chest runs have most of the time a stable legs/hr number. its not like a boss farm profile, where you jump from 3 legs/hr in first day, to 0,3legs/hr in 2nd day. at chest it will most of the time pend around 2,5 legs/hr.

We don't have enough data yet to come to a conclusion. It has been confirmed that they scaled it to 10% effectiveness on legendaries but never any real details.

That was exactly the issue. At some point I must have moved the slider back up and forgot to reset it when I ran the profile. Thanks!

Does the reason that the bot walks away and then comes back to get the loot have to do with delay on loot being flung from the chests? He will often open a chest, walk away, then come back to it to get the gold.
 
@pilskopf; Also if that is the case it is more directly related to GPH.

yeah sry, i forgot to say, why i told you all the shit :D ... that IS the case, and thats why we just need to push the GPH. because GPH = more chest = more legs. thats why the split act 5 chest farming was so op and many people got 10 legs /hr on average, because they just had more chests.

If you are referring to the last two chests that is done by design. I actually turn off looting until it can hit the 2x chests, the stone, and go back to a safe point to avoid the tower.

Split bot chest farming is a pipedream for me :). Gotta get the basics down first, work on other maps, communication, and eventually sharing rules but anything is doable. Just having more fun programming exploits for D3 then actually playing, it's a bit sad. Plus it's less mind numbing.

Oh, and where did you see the 1.25% chance? I have never seen real numbers published.

i think this i more difficult then you/we think. its also now rly good. and to be honest, you dont need to split bot chests, you just can run 4 bots at siegecamp running together (1 lead the rest follow) and then average 12 legs/hr if you trade all legs to the leader.... but i dont need this anyways, i have just one account :P

i think you did a great job with this siegecamp profile, we just need aoe spells to hit destroyables for activating the bracers on every class , end the movement spells. if you put these things in the files, than you did perfect work :)

Pipe dream, I'm taking baby steps right now trying to learn the DB/Trinity API. Still know the movement skills need a lot of work before I can move on.

I only have one account myself but know at least two others that bot. Setting up share rules before hand so you don't have problems with the 2 hour rule and using the one toon leads approach would be another step. I also know how difficult of an undertaking it is, not gonna happen in the next week or two. This is a community though and if others pitch in we can really get somewhere.
 
Trying to avoid these hack in hotfixes, but I will throw in spirit barrage. Working on gutting Trinity and making my own version of the plugin whose only goal is chest run maximization, planning on adding in a chests per hour metric so we get some better stats going. Gonna take me a while since I'm still muddling my way through the sheer amount of code involved.

I wanna see as many logs as possible and please provide your MF and version of Trinity/DB. Also, keep the speed skill/item ideas coming in. I only know WD and Wizard.

WOTB for barbs give movespeed if I remember right, and strafe for DH gives movespeed and breaks objects. Monks have tempest rush.
 
Tried this profile for the first time today. 2 hours and only 1 legendary. Legendary bracers have dropped at the first minute of the game play, then for the 2 hours got nothing.
I have deleted log, so can not attach it here. Going to try another run for 4-6 hours.

Hi mate, actually i have been running this for the past 2 - 3 days, from version 1.1 to current. From what i think, V2 Beta is currently better then the current, Due to, V2 beta doesnt have stuck in 2nd chest, as i got stuck 70% of my games with the current version, running flawlessly with V2 Beta and also for the 3rd and 4th chest no issues.

Maybe u can check between the beta and the current one to make it better?
