Due to the inventory API rewrite:
The skill gem leveling plugin has been removed. It needs different logic to handle the new API and will be updated and re-added "soon".

Simple OOS plugin is not working neither, and that was a good one

The gem leveler plugin has been re-added in Beta #799 which is building now.
