Rifter - A Bot for Rifts!

This is a known issue. In the recent DB update (yesterday) Nesox added API for rift boss mapmarker, so when NWL releases his new version tonight/tomorrow it will know when the rift boss has been killed. Right now if you get a rift boss it will kill it without registering it was killed, so it continues to explore the map 'looking' for the rift boss. On the flip side if you get to the end and you haven't killed the rift boss it will assume you have and teleport out.

Be patient and it will be solved soon :)

Oh sweet! I expect being able to recognize unkilled boss would increase the rate of run being successful by a lot. But I also hope that in later DB, there is a function that also recognize the bar that says how much we are far from meeting boss. So if there still is a bar, then explore full map, and if not, it can continue what it does and teleport out when it's needed. With it, this profile will eventually become so much successful... although it still is one of my top 3 favorite :)

In other words I come home/wake-up to DiabloIII and DB no longer there. What's causing this? It seems to happen when the bot leaves to remake the game so much? I assumed it was the games/hr being the issue but i edited that to 99?

I think your talking about my Hellrift profile hah, and the crashing is caused by DB it has a memory leak.
 
Great profile, works great only one problem. Occassionally it will go to a corner and stall. If I move the toon around manually it will get back on track, but otherwise it will just sit there. I have the latest DB beta and Trinity. Is there a plugin I can get? Like an unstucker or something?

I'm running core, kills rift boss but continues to clear levels. Not that I care much because champions are where the most legs are coming from though I'm wondering if I'm forgetting something or if the boss kill check doesn't work. (yet?)

There is no boss kill check right now. wait for NWL to update profile with latest DB update.
 
Still having issues with this profile bee lining for next levels. Causes huge issues when you get to the end of the rift and its only 50% done and the bot spends the next forever trying to close the rift then "open" a new rift and walks into the old rift and continues wasting time.

This is using the supposedly "extended" profile.

I have town run free slots at 7, in town free slots 0, and this still occurs. Vice versa is the same.
I was using revision 78.

When this happens the bot does not trigger any inactivity timer either, according to the logs it was stuck in this loop for a good 8 hours :P

I think this is more of a trinity issue and not a profile issue.

Yeah got that a few times now, not sure really. Maybe they are changing some things around behind the scenes.
 
Hello there. So whenever my character dies, the bot releases at Corpse, kills whatever mobs there's around, then heading back to the entrance of the current level in the Rift.
I'm starting to find it rather annoying, so I was wondering if any1 else was having this problem? Or is it supposed to do so?

Could be an issue with Trinity, sounds like when you die it's losing track of what has been explored. Try to turn the difficulty down for now. :)
 
Stupid question incoming

Why do people WANT to stop after rift guardian?

From my experience, the quest exp/gold turn in isnt all that awesome, and there are much faster/higher yield profiles

If you want blood shards, well i dont see the point of botting the rift in anycase, as there currently isnt any automated Kadala buyer, right?

Because its impossible to pause the bot and do Kadala yourself, right? :p

I actually had this issue without dieing. My char was backtracking a lot and getting stuck on that shitty portal/freezing doors level. I believe due to trash detection being too far away and portals being on a lower priority than trash/other. Anyway I directed him through a portal and then he went apeshit going backwards again. That level is just bad news, botting or not.

I'm hoping with the version that should hopefully be ready today, that a lot of issues will be solved. However I am still not sure if the backtracking is because something I did or if it's Trinity itself.

Getting this with pretty much every run, missing 1-3% to spawn rift boss and haven't explored fully yet... :(

Is there an "unstucker" plugin (It's not really stuck, but perhaps if the toon sits too long in one place the plugin will move the bot around).

Suggestion: If toon sits too long in one place, say like 2 minute ++, can we have bot make new game?

Turn "Gold Inactivity" in Trinity settings so it leaves the game if you don't get any gold for X minutes. It's in Advanced tab.
