Three Musketeers - fast legendary farm after 2.0.4

Try Trinity .17, I don't have this issue.

Please remember to change elite aggro range to 30-40 as mentioned in first post, my HC WD just died to an elite in T3 Ghom profile as I've forgotten to change it while using a new DB.


Sorry for a noob question, when you say try Trinity .17, what do you exactly mean? Is this a older version? and if it is, where to find it?
 
Nice table. Suggest making it clearer that these numbers are in millions or thousands. ie T6 Kulle = 5mil exp. T6 Kulle+Quest = 19.7m exp + 120.5k gold.
 
Having such bad luck today, Sometimes I really hate RNG :( Time to go to bed and see if I can't wake up without some nice presents. Restarting this ugly stats from scratch!

T4 Kulle - all 3 legendaries came within the last 2 hours of the run LOL. Thank god forgotten souls are useful, Otherwise 80% of these legendaries i would cry at.

edit -- hurpp durppp, i didn't even lay down in bed yet after walking my dog i was out and got 3 notifications on my phone and came back to this, so this is what i mean by RNG and sometimes a little luck. One of these was a moonlight ward with 9% crit 25% arcane dmg 7% IAS but it rolled 698 vita =( I am currently wearing a tal rasha amulet I was hoping would eventually add to my goal of getting 3 pieces(originally chest belt helm to achieve 4pc set bonus) But this MLW just seems too good to pass up, The only downside is I am going to have to reroll the vita into int no matter what. Leaving me without the 92% crit dmg from my tal rashas. I guess if I get another 2 pieces in the right slot like chest/helm I would still go 3pc because the overall set 2 3 and 4pc set bonus beats out the arcane damage and its effect. Now that I have a near perfect String of Ears belt though I am hesitant to give up it for a tal rasha belt. (other 2 uniques were a fire soj 19/28 average int with 5.5% cc and another damn templar gain all ability relic.) Now watch ill go to bed and not see another legendary for 2-3 hours, I just blew my luck! hah. oh well, MLW was damn worth it even post nerf. and fire soj I can use if I ever get a mirrorball for conflag since I have a andariels/magefist and cindercoat ready to go for fire set.

double edit - updated found a 4th legendary just as I was posting, but ive got 3 of them in the last 24 hours alone. Best weapon ever! GIFT OF SILARIA THANKS drop a thunderfury please.

T3 Barb Ghom

Pretty lackluster results, but its only been 2 hours. Would it be worth it to turn it up in difficulty but lose some games/hour?

No, Stick with most GPH unless the difference is very minimal like 3-5 TOPS. For instance on my wizard if I drop down to T3 Kulle, I gain about 5-8 seconds per run depending on if kulle stays put, or if he teleports and runs a bit. So I did a comparison about 10 T3 games to T4 games and 3/5 t4 games turned out just as quick as my T3 runs. I kill Kulle just as fast on T3 as I do T4 with a 2-4 second margin the only thing that makes it longer is 1) the waypoint and run to Terminus, 2) the run to back wall and teleport into town to exit. I could speed it up obviously if I ran the insta leave but I did about 50 games with it and it just didn't feel right without more info on whats going on. Plus it seemed to give my bnet/d3 some issues after a while to the point of locking up or getting stuck trying to force disconnect. Basically on T4 I am getting 44-45 GPH and it could be higher had I a better weapon and a few pieces of gear for a wizard since we only get 1 IWIN button vs barbarians wrath/cota/earthquake/avalanche/ww etc whatever they wanna spam pop each game. If I went down to T3 I would go up to 45-48 GPH and I think its worse off on T3. Though I do not remember what they said the torment modifiers were I do remember something about the jump from T1 to 2 to 3 being almost non existent in drops. but T1 to T4+ was a good enough increase.

Whats this? a legendary every 10 minutes now =P This is totally going to kill my RNG luck for later on like what happened yesterday I just know it. I was minutes away from laying down just happened to check the bot and it was in inventory so I haven;t even received a notification until the bot stashes it yet.

Whats the adventure mode difference? Chance at a bounty exp/gold? I am still running 0.2 profiles, I will probably test it out after I run this while I sleep and see if I like it. I haven't really lookedat any of the changes you made to v3 or how they would effect me. But if Kulle would be giving me bounty exp/gold every few games instead of none, that would sure change things for exp. I would like to pass para 550 eventually! and getting 2m per kill on kulle is dreamy when its over 1.5b+ per level.

If your barb has a thunderfury and/or shard of hate, would it be more effective to switch to a whirldwind build? If so, can anyone give examples?

I was about to ask this as well.

I have about 70% lightning+ damage, and have Thundergod's Vigor & Thunderfury (No Shard of Hate though..)

Currently I'm doing T3 barb with EQ, HOTA, WOTB, Frenzy, CoA, Marauder's Rage - I kill Ghom in about 15 seconds.. :(

650k sheet dps, 1.6 while buffed in WotB.. - is a WW build really that good w/ Thunderfury? Or do I also need SoH?
