I've got a catch22 problem

Hi!

I've requested fix for faction 67 too work in new release of honorbuddy, but instead of making this it only works with elite mobs in instances. So.. I got a problem here.. either I can use Gatherbuddy that doesn't support Customclasses or can use Honorbuddy but that ain't attacking mobs outside of instances..

So how do we solve this? What I want is an bot.. an rogue.. to stealth.. go too the mob.. and pick lock it and then kill it or whatever.. But as it is now Honorbuddy or Gatherbuddy can't help me with this...

Fix this please..
 
Oh heck, I see - you want to be able to solo elites and we left it party mode only for elites since they slaughter people while leveling.

I wonder if logic along the lines if this would be sensible:

If the mob is Elite and its HP is greater than twice my HP, do not attack it. Otherwise, kill it.
 
Thats the faction in tyr's hand(eastern plaguelands).. which I need too pick lock for the heavy junkboxes that gives me the insane title..
mobs name are Scarlet Warden..
 
Replace 'styx.dll' from in the HB folder with this and report back please.

its just that you have a prototype out just a little bit after someone asked about it, and that is awesome =) i had to comment lol

i could test it if you want me to... should i test it on tyr's hand, or somewhere in northrend? im a little bored anyways :)
 
I don't know but could this be any clue too why it ain't working? I tested to remove the code once but that didn't make any change either..

Wouldn't it be possible to make an option to attack elite or not? Then we could decide ourself? Or maybe make it possible to put the option in the profile, then you could specify in the profile if it should attack elite mobs or not. I think glider had an option like that didn't it?

Huh? Leave that file alone please.

Download the new 'styx.dll' I posted. Delete the old one and put the new one in the folder instead.

Or simply post the profile here and I'll test it :)
