I 100% agree with znebto. Really tired of everyone asking for log in every single thread. No offence to those who help and dedicate their free time to help others, for free. But when they have a hum on what the problem is, spit it out instead of asking for that mothafucking log.

Most of the times noobs are the ones who need help. What they do is go into hb and copypaste whats in the "LOG". Ofcourse, this isnt even the log requested. (LOL HB DEVS what did how did you think here makes no sence.)

Why dont you just have one of these tabs being the log so you can just copypaste EASILY without the need to follow a guide, find files, attach files, attach wrong files and leak ur character names.


I had a problem the other day, got a quick reply from a supporter who gave me a suggestion on what to do and then asked that if it didnt work, then provide a log.
^This is how it should be done.

someone asks for help "my bot don't work, tell my why" and thats all the info you get. how may anybody know what the problem is? a log gives in 99.9% the reason for it. even if some dudes here may not be able to read a log, but the info is inside. thats why a log is vital for problem solving.

Because (if it's the usual error) dungeonbuddy is throwing an error because of a missing function of .net framework, wich can be easily seen in the log, if provided

Yes, because tons of people are too stupid to install .net framework lately and the forums where flooded with this error.

BUT: You have to train the people to always attach a logfile, because it's realy annoying if you always have to ask people for logs while the want help from you

Exactly my point. The log solution is stupid from the start. A simply copy and paste directly from the log within HB would have made the life easier to everyone. You feeling me?
