Witch Doctor Farming builds?

Anyone use WD as their farming toon? If so, what skills do you use and what combat settings/etc? I can't seem to get past T2 in normal runs or t3/4 in single (manglemaw/razor/etc) encounters. Toon always just gets wrecked. Seems like most people use wizards to do their farming, but I want class specific stuff for my WD. Any advice would help really. Thanks.

I play WD but all interesting builds it's not correctly supported ( each i have tested on judgehype ).
So i play a custom build and profile "Three Musketeers" (800k gold and 192M exp on T2)

can u please tell me ur build im 850k damage + 5mil toughness, and cant kill ghom, my build sucks)
