Why does not the guys behind DB make a public sticky that answers most questions everybody seam have?

How will we know when there is a new update?
How long can we expect the new update to take?
Will the lost time we payed for be refunded in some way?

Many people pay for this service and would like to know why there is no public announcement regarding the issues we have.

For future patches i recommend you answer all these questions in the program instead of typing "Diablo III is running but no build supported by Demonbuddy detected, was there a patch?". Typing all these answers here would limit all the topics created in this forum.

For now i suggest somebody responsible for DB answers these questions and make it a sticky.

Sadly nothing is answered there and are in fact 100% irrelevant to anything i wrote :)

You can always request an FAQ section or thread.

im just curious im still waiting this update take a 1 day or much more?

every time there is a patch that breaks DB's ability to connect to D3 and or control it, the simple answer is "You have to wait til demon buddy gets an update"

DB always will give a popup when you open it if an update is available within few seconds of opening the program.

The time it takes for those who keep DB going to work again is never an average or set amount of time. it all depends on how much changed in the game and we have to remember they have lives too. Demon buddy isnt exactly a solo job of their team.

usually within a couple days on minor patch changes. and can take several days if something major was changed in diablo 3's patch.

I read somewhere in the forums the longest DB was ever down was like 15 days. if i remember correctly.

Thank you DoTheDew for the information.

Any idea on if many of the payers will get a refund of the time paid for that cant be used?
