Problem DB. Just bought

Hi there!
The problem is when i wanna login with access key, DB says "Max sessions" and auth failed.
So what is wrong?

Hey mate, maybe i can help you! If you look at the top of the page you see a link called "BuddyAuth". Log in there and you can "kill" your session. Now it should work.

its not working.. after i kill session db writes maxsessions again....
then i go to buddyauth and kill session. after, when login windows close db and writes that there is a problem..
what should i do???
