Issues with .12 - no space for 2 slot items, avoiding elite affixes

Here's a list of some issues I've encountered so far (using wizard):

1) No space for 2slot items although there's 2 rows free + few slots in other rows. Why/how?
2) When avoiding exploding corpses, the char just runs about like a headless chicken while other mobs are hitting it, just because it's waiting for the explosion to finish. Maybe it should just fight?
3) Same issue as above actually, when other stuff happens, e.g. when avoiding frozen or other elite affixes, char just runs to and fro while mobs hitting it. It remains within safe distance from all the affixes, but keeps running to and fro instead of fighting other mobs. Eventually dies.
4) If I get problem 1) above, no space for 2 slot items, and then I quit game before town. When I next load bot and it sees again "no space for 2 slot items", it tries to do a town run and gives all the errors below.

ETC
5) when a char is dying, it tries to flee. Even when the char is stuck, e.g. walled by elites or surrounded by a group, it still tries to flee although it can't go anywhere. It therefore just stands there instead of putting a fight. Putting a fight would clear the mobs and allow escape, create chance to drop hp globes, give life on hit. Instead of any of that, it just sits there and wait to die :(

Please attach a your log files.

I've actually tried again and let it do townrun right after "no 2slot space" (which again is false because there's space). In any case, it creates lots of error and can't do the townrun properly.

The logs are too big. Attaching is taking forever. I'll try to upload it somewhere

6) I've also noticed that sometimes, <TrinityExploreDungeon etc> will just terminate immediately. No reason/explanation. It loads into the map, and just ends. The same code will most of the time work fine and trinity will go about to explore. This only happens once in a while.

I've had to zip it. Too big to upload anywhere.
