Hey,

I just bought a three days pass but did not recieve my key.

This may be the wrong section but i am very thankful for answers!

same here. no email in spam folder. and buddy auth portal has no new key for me. only the old one, i used to have couple weeks ago.
 
resend your ticket plz if there was no response (a bit hard tho)
 
we replied on every ticket,are you sure you are using the correct email address to get in contact with us?

it's the same email address i used to buy several keys for honorbuddy and demonbuddy before and the one i opened up the ticket with. in your buddy auth portal there are keys attached to this email address. so, yes, i think its the right one ;)
