How come i dont get the inlogg screen of GB thats my problem can any1 help please

Having problems on Win7 64bit, just opening saying not attached.

Having the same issue I had with the previous version. Click to move is enabled. This is a fresh install, as I deleted the folder from yesterday, and created a new one today, with today's release.
