Mantra Spam not disabling

More or less as the title says, I'm using a monk and the bot keeps spamming mantra, I have went into options to turn mantra spam off.

No luck with it so far. Just posting up incase its not just me

same problem, this only happens with the mantra of evasion, in 1.8.4 the problem remained
