best botting boots - need to make bot maximize their use

as you all probabaly know, movespeed is the most important thing for botting. Luckily, patch 2.0 has introduced some new ways to maximize botting profits. One of them is the boots irontoe mudspitters:

This boots give up to 30% movespeed based on life remaining.

In my view, these are so important for a botting character that demonbuddy should be modified to take advantage of them.

Could you modify DB to have a setpoint for health, that could be adjusted, so that the bot tries to maintain low health?

There are lots of other items in the game that take advantage of % life remaining that would benefit from this mod to DB, but these boots are by far the most important for botting,

Move speed is capped at 25% from items. Use normal boots + other MS speed items + Paragon points.

Keeping your character at a low health point just to have 25MS is probably the worst thing you can try to achieve.

Smarty pants, the boots go above the movespeed cap. In fact, all the way to 55% move speed...

Yeah amazing boots, I have this item and with very low health reach +76% MS with WOTB active.

You would have to spec and gear so your health regen wouldn't be an issue. To me this seems like a lot of work to get some move speed out of boots. Move speed is nice but I'd rather build for killing speed and just farm dense areas where move speed between packs is mostly irrelevant.
