any one got any timless isle profiles?

any one got any timless isle profiles or any good leveling profiles for lvl 85-90 ? mixed mode grinding mobs and dungeons always messes up for me and it will either stand still when accepts dungeon or when not in dungeon wont grind mobs help on both subject would be lovley.

Isn't really a timeless isle profile, but i don't think there is one for the "worms" and grinding below 90.
I ussually just use;

takes a day to get to 90, and i always get a few blues that can sell for 5-10k on the AH.

Grind profiles ? Use FightHere plugin.
