Greetings, after much testing I have completed what I believe to be the best all around wizard build in 2.0.

Wizard - Game Guide - Diablo III

I have 27 arcane power on crit, 69% crit, and a source with +8% arcane orb crit chance... this brings me to 77% chance to crit with enough arcane power on crit 1 tick will replenish the orb.

For single target mobs use ray of frost.

Taking any damage will reset your mirror images which do 10% damage each and there are 4 (and of course act as meat shields)

Everytime you cast, deflection rune from magic weapon will proc, with fast enough attack speed and apoc you are invincible when casting.

Enjoy while it lasts.

And in my books thats only 27 apoc ?
 
frozen orb getting nerfed soon. its currently doing 2x damage

I would not go around calling this this best lol.

Deflection is broken. Using Arcanot is just plain retarded and a 20%+ DPS decrease for 2 regen? Then we can talk about Ray of Frost for single target.. that is almost laughable. Electrocute + Cannoneer would put out more damage then that while giving you almost instantly full Arcane Power so you can rape face with even more broken Frozen Orbs.

Sparkflint is 10% damage, using it over arcanot would be retarded, get better gear if you need more damage.

Secondly, Ray of frost for single target because the cost is literally negative AP with enough Regen, therefore it can be subbed in for a signature spell to regen ap if needed.

Lastly, who in the fuck uses cannoneer.

Says the only Wizard that uses Arcanot.. A whole fuck ton more people use Cannoneer then that crap.

If you build right the last thing that is going to make a difference is 2 AP/Second. Cannoneer when paired with any decent skill is just amazing free 240% aoe casts. Sparkflint is 10% increased damage. It takes 15 seconds for Arcanot to give you enough AP to cast a Frozen Orb. In 15 seconds i can cast 12ish Frozen orbs which would more 10% more damage would be more damage then 1 free cast but i guess math is hard. Then you have Icicle which is what almost every high torment Wizard is running because it gives you 35% chance to freeze a target for 1 second which will pretty much completely CC groups of enemies when paired with Electrocute and Paralysis.

The only troll i see here is you.
 
I got your setup and it seems like my crits dont replenish my orbs. im critting like 4 times per orb, and i stilll using up arcane

This is because a proc-coefficient is applied to all spells. Frozen Orb's proc coefficient is 0.13, meaning you only get 13% of the APOC (per hit). Thus you need to crit 7.7 times on average to get the APOC. Since Frozen Orb hits twice (depending on range) this means you need to hit 8 targets with 50% crit chance to fully refund the Frozen Orb, on average.
