Bot detection in game by players mod

Not sure if other people have heard of it but this is going to be an issue. I looks as if it only works on EU and NA servers.
Apparently it allows users to report to WG because they have made up a list of people they suspect as being bots.
I was put on the list. I do bot more than I should but there are a lot of people on this list.

I know that there is nothing the Devs of Tankleader can do about it and that we use tankleader at our own risk
this is just a friendly warning to people that are unaware
 
I love when things like this happen, puts a fire up the devs arses to implement more human-like bot features/functions. It's a win, win scenario for customers, evolve or die.

Unfortunate for those of us already logged as bots though :/
i will most likely lose my account
In a desperate attempt to rid the game of this mod I sent a support ticket explaining that I was being harassed because everyone was calling me a botter
I'm sure WG will look at my stats and determine that i am a botter
but i cant just sit and wait for enough reports to come through and ban me anyway
 
A friend of mine who used bot, you have been banned by the Mod soon as you enter battle, many people who have the Bot Hunter, saw that my friend was a bot and everyone was reporting.

Thus one can not use the Tankleader because the Stats down a lot and then puts you in the sights of Bot Hunter

Ahhhh and otherwise, Hunter Bot creators use a legal mod where replays can put in the free camera and wander all over the map to see the tank / suspect user and find out if you are a bot

So .......... tankleader improve enough or many of us will stop using and promoting.

I'm hoping that if WG doesn't make the determination that I'm a botter that they will agree I'm being unduly harassed and force the creators of the mod to stop their behavior
High hopes but its all I've got at this point

Hopefully this mod and ban XVM

If you do those 2 mods illegal use tankleader or another bot, be a waste of time and money

I understand english may not be your first language and I'm not criticizing you in any way
I just dont understand the above post at all, please elaborate if possible

Again that mod is poor attempt to stop booting ingame its just sad how they just waste time on catching boots and most of the time they just spend hours and hours looking for bots not even playing the game
most of the time bot will perform even better then other players FTR blog owner is just angry little kid who is spending 2/3 free time on game preventing something that is happening all over the community

It doesn't work this way, bots are easily detectable especially to the eye and statistically. This game is very competitive for the serious players so we will report bots quickly and we are usually platooned with 2 other good players which means you get 3 reports.

My recommendation for the botters, this is coming from a "serious" player: stay out of tier 5 and above, but especially tier 8 and above. You'll probably never get banned if you run a tier 3 premium cause we generally don't touch those lower tiers. If you bot and are a top tier tank you significantly decrease your teams ability to win which means we will go after you. If you bot at tier 10 will report you and possibly send a replay file to WG support.

you have right with boting with above tier 5 and 6 but still when you boot with tier 5 you will not damage your team so badly but with tier 8 you praticly ruining game
 
So this is how you beat it. Everyone report as many non bot users as you can and swamp the system therefor deeming it completely useless. VOILA!! So if you want to fix it then fix it. Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy!

“In case you encounter a bot yourself, or you have your suspicions, send the replay to St0rmshadow at [email protected], he will have a look at it. ALWAYS include the replay, best uploaded to wotreplays.com.”

So, everyone must go to site wotreplays.com, find random replay and go to team score - find random user with damage 0 then send link of replay to [email protected] and tell him that this user is bot.

Let him watch replays all day if he enjoys it xD

Hmm interesting could work maybe if he listed a lot of false bot and WG keep getting reports of non botters they may ban the mod as it waste their time and resources. But I doubt it would work.
 
They manually select the "bots" to show in their mod. If you change your name, you'll no longer be on it. They have people on there which aren't actually bots but just terrible players. It isn't really well put together and prone to error.
 
if i lile to used bot it is only from self.....ok there are some serious players that played like professional tomuch hours!!! but my friends it is only a game no money...etc etc!!! and the tournament is not possible to use a bot!!!! it is little idiot to report the other person!!! i had had banned before 1.5 week with tier 4 tanks!!! i have seen report from player because soneone was sniper t-34 near to base!!! and he was not bot i checked the game!!!! but the noobs are noobs!!!!
