What do I need to restart

I am using pure (pureswtor) routine

And sometimes between loading screens (wz to planet and vice versa) the routine stops/pauses. then when I keep playing myself it might resume.

However the first time I load it on the planet, and try to PVE with it, it never stops/pauses.

The question is, when it stops/pauses do I need to restart:

buddywing?
swtor?
both?

Everytime you change a zone, you need to restart the bot.
If the bot throws errors, then SWtor and the bot

restart as in shut down the program and run it again?
or click stop and then click star?
