There is a plugin called "LogMeOut" that has a sound for when a trigger fires, you'll find it in the uncatalogued section I think.

that's not a stuck, that's a profile issue (where you put Hotspots) or a HBCore issue... if the hotspots wasn't filled in then the default hotspots aren't great ^^ sometimes there's just 1.

EDIT1: It usually accounts for these types of stucks if it's within the distance, but it's still not a stuck really..
