Greetings all.

This is my first post here. Everybody seems to be on the Lovely Charm farming train these days, so I wanted to contribute (a little atleast).

Since ToT har been hotfixed, I went over to Stormstout Brewery (nothing new, alot of users have reported this as a good spot) on Normal difficulty. I tried using Kick's Profile [Syntak] Love Charm Farm, and it worked very well. However, my problem was that I killed the mobs too fast (565 Ret Pala), and started to get dangerously close to the boss (don't want that now do we).

So I edited the profile, removing all the original hotspots, and added one (right outside the first boss room, on the terrace). Whenever I kill the mobs too fast now, my character simply runs back as far as he gets before he attacks again.

Note: I tried changing the Class Config Movement: Allow Movement, but that only made my character NOT attack the adds behind him, leading to an almost death. As of now, I've used the edited script for 25 min now, and haven't gone further than the second terrace (before the entrance to the next indoor room). I also added avoid mob on Hoptallus (don't know if this is needer or usefull).

Since I have very little experience with making profiles, this edited one does not run out to repair, does not mail items etc. All it does is kill the mobs and try to run back to the hotspot.

I am not the original creator of this script, all credits and honour go to Kick and his splendid work. This is just a modified profile. In no way am I trying to take credit for making it.

This is exactly what I needed as I ran into the same problems, exactly, that you were having.

Thanks!

Helpful hint:

Stand in the door next to boss. Use Combat Bot. Combat Bot will NOT move, and will stand in one spot fighting. Works like a charm.

Haha this spot is glorious! 100 uptime on charms - the only thing has to repair every so often because bot is in 100% combat, but that is what we all look for... :) farmed 4k+ charms very casually.

Aint working, killing to fast so it moves.

use Tyrael with self healing class, disable movement, park it at the enterance on the second floor so that it won't miss anything, back to the wall. I used prot war and destro lock, both pvp geared 498 - no deaths. The only inconvenience lock would die if you dc, cause no second wind, war never dies. Next will probably roll it on blood dk - that one is usually no-brainer.

works great with combat bot and singular.

Thanks!
