Hello, I found a solution to the FPS drops.

You have to press CTRL + ALT + Delete

Go to Task

And press "Process" and look for Wow.exe, right click and "set a priority" and change it to High. I hoped it Helped you Because it Helped me

Doesn't help. Same FPS. Core i7 3770k only running 5 windows... (4.6ghz= Really sick system)

Hmm isn't this old news and slightly off?

I thought the 'tip' was to set HonorBuddy.exe at a different affinity (High) rather than WoW.exe.

I picked up on something which seemed to have some success and that was to reduce the view distance if you are in an instance or raid. Set it to poor or good and it won't try and render everything from the front door. My FPS has been horrendous in raids but this has at least gotten it above 10-15 :\

Any other solution?
I have the same problem with my fps.

This would be assuming that you haven't had any luck with the setting for incoming heals that solved alot of FPS issues caused by 5.4?

/run SetCVar("raidFramesDisplayIncomingHeals",1)
/script ReloadUI();

Also these settings may help, especially if you raid as this will remove "cosmetics" whilst still being able to see mechanics:

Multisampling: 1x
Texture Resolution: Low
Projected Textures: Enabled
Shadow quality: Low
Liquid Detail: Low
Sunshafts: Disabled
Particle Density: High/Ultra
SSAO: Low
View Distance: High
Environmental Detail: Low
Ground Clutter: Low

I did notice using TuanHa routines... That if I didn't set the routine to "Full AFK" it would lag super bad. I enabled it... 10-15fps increase. :) So... NOT too horrible. Now I will try Minify tonight and see how things go. I used to use it, but it broke for awhile there...

Was it fixed?
