So i got banned the other day and it got lifted. I don't think it matters really what you say. Think it's more of a warning. But for those who wonder. This is what i said in the ticket:

Hi. I admit to the felony and that it's in no way acceptable and will not try to convince you otherwise i any way. Lesson learned to say the least. Is it possible to be provided with detailed information about the suspension and if it's permanent?

Checking this I see the account was closed due to a breach in our policies, more specifically with regards to the use of applications which are against the rules we have.
In this case I have removed the action but the account will be suspended for a further 72 hours, after which you can login normally.
Please bear in mind however that further actions may lead to the closure of the account, which will not be removed.
