Tips on finding a private buyer?

So the past couple of months, I've been selling my ore spread out between several characters on the AH, and it's just becoming very tedious and annoying to extract from mail, put in gb, extract from gb, AH it, repeat 2-3 times a day. A friend told me he used to just sell all of his stacks at once on 1 character on the AH, but something about that just makes me not want to do it.

I've been trying to look for a private buyer in my guild, but nobody is interested it seems. I starting posting in trade "wts ore in bulk, pst." Anyone have some good tips they've learned about searching for a private buyer? How do I go about telling them I have a crap load of stacks without being blatantly obvious that I'm botting the ore?

Any tips anyone has would be appreciated!

Map the economy price range either through self-addons or The Undermine Journal.
Once you have a good understanding of market fluctuation/price and have a fairly decent surplus, start yelling in trade.

Know the price, it will always be slightly under the market price.
Haggle what you can; you don't have to pick the first person who whispers you - where there is one, there will be others.
When they ask how much you have, give them half the actual number; wash repeat on a second buyer.
End each "transaction" with, "whisper me again/add me to your friend's list for the future" (non realid/tag).
I, personally, like CC transactions through mail - do what you feel is better.


You may wish to look into "shuffle" profiles for a third option.

spamming in trade works great, also creating a guild when you get a few people you can trust and such that can withdraw and they deposit what they think is a win-win for both worked wonders for me. checked the guildtabs every now and then and noone withdrew without paying a decent number for it since if they got caught the supply would end instantly. I had a few people that used me for a few years and it worked great. no hassle with the market just deposit ore/herbs on the gbank and it would be gone fast
I had 3 guilds like that and i filled up each guildbank per day so it was really annoying to sell on AH and so on.

What exactly is a shuffle profile? I'm still kinda new to the whole botting thing, so I'm still learning some of the more in-depth things.
