Its the 1st report of bans from me. In the last 3 months i lost more then 200 accounts. I am a big professional botter ( 6 i7 systems, 6 dynamic internet line with every 24hours new ip, i use no *****s) , after every ban i reinstall my system new to change hwid and Win Install Id) But in the actual state it needs so much time to administrate all that it is not lucrative to farm Gold.

Congratulation Blizzard :) Time to stop investement in wow. Last month i paid more then 1500? in Cd Keys and Gametime. I think its better to stop wow business now, Blizzard is ruining himself.

Its complete useless to spend time to avoid bans, its not possible. If u farm Gold with Herb or Mining u will be banned 100%, its only a question of time and atm i see no other ways to farm Gold with a bigger amount of accounts as with Herb and Mine.

I miss the best time of botting where we could farm with more then 100+ accounts...

Now i am very frustrated about this situation and angry about the buddy team. What i can say is, that i have do nothing false - all toons are human like, they farm herbs and ores, do random bgs, farms archa, go instances and switch zones. They go to SW and OG and idle some time there, they has long pauses to go "sleep" and have random days where there are offline. I see no ways where i can do anything to set my security higher as yet. I am active since more then 5 years, i start my business in that time where Bossland startet too with the good old Glider and everytime i found new ways till yet. I think Bot Business will come to the end.

What i can say is, Blizzard ban by IP, Blizzard ban you if you trade Gold with a *****, if u trade Gold with normal ip, everything is fine. If they ban 1 account for Goldtrading they ban all other Accounts on that IP. But all that facts are base known, that bans yesterday has no system, all accounts running on 6 different systems (no ip ban possible) and different IP?s, not linked etc.

I see that most of people who get banned dont make any report - i think they see that its useless to make this ban threads because it does no change anything and will ignored by the buddy team. Why i make this thread? I will show, that it give bigger botters and everyone of us has the same problems! Most bans are no faults of the user!

So you figure botting for 4-12 hours a day using GB was not at all risky? Its well known that most bans are for GB2 and BGBuddy.
Changing your IP so often must of raised a red flag for Blizzard by the way as no "normal" human player would change IP's so often.

OP, as You can see, these days botting scene is full of retards who think that they are pros because can avoid ban botting 2h hours per 3 days with 100% supervision on one account which is manually played in between. I remember times when ppl could farm 24/24 on multiple accounts and sell that stuff on Ah with their bot toon, with no ban for months. This has changed around year ago when blizzard introduced behavioral scans with ip-wide bans, and situtation is only worsening since then. Today system is so tight that theres barely any point in commercial botting, because even putting botted stuff on AH can get You banned.

i change ip and pc every day, some times 2-3 times a day, its called internet cafe.

bans are coming from questing just as much as GB2... and if you dont bot atleast 8 hours why even bot ? This bot was made to bot gold. not help the fairys play a game.
 
I think that they may have locked on you. Call me paranoid but i think Blizzard has enough capable staff to lock on a poor soul. Their anti-cheat team is not joke like before, where they almost did not care. Now they are very professional. Remember how they banned all the HB devs and kept banning poor fps, they even banned a bach level by hand. My rule is to proceed like a bank robbery- fast in fast out. If you have a though of a way to get detected, be sure that they have though of that too.
Don't pull the lion by the tail, and don't lie to support if you have a dealing with them. But don't blindly admit to boting unless asked. I have never been asked by support if i bot. Your chance to get a banned removed or reduced is not very good if you lie to the guy that can help you.

Gathering is the most lazy way to make gold, and since its so uncreative and lazy its easy to detect and ban, wanna last longer? Don't do what everyone and their dog does. Blizzard has proven time and time again that they prefer to invest their money in way that it will catch or stop most people. Don't be the most people.

Don't use hacks. Hacks are not bots. Blizzard hates hackers it set you one level above the other douchbags(that being all botters, me included).

Please make a difference between a HB users, some will use the bot just 1-2 hours a week, while others, like me, will just wake up to a level 85-90 char.

P.S. This is not directed at the OP, but for everyone.

Lol you're clueless, wake up scrubadub..

I change ip every day because my ip is dynamic so it does change every time I restart my router.. and this applies to most people by now, close to no isp offer static ips anymore..

Just like this,banned for 7 accounts just now and over 50 accounts in last 2 months but never used ban section for them.
 
Lot of people crying about how they used to never get banned even when going 24/7. Well guess what you can't go that long any more, either bot smart or deal with the bans.

It's still inside a IP range which is why it won't flag up, also you restart your router daily?
 
I got banned yesterday aswell on 1 account, i was using GatherBuddy farming herbs and mining in Uldum for 8 hours straight.. Sucks man
 
It's because people like you, who have 50+ accounts, investing more of them, ruining the game due to your "professional" activities, you suck man, and you deserve all of your bans.

I personally have only one account, botting from it for personal pleasure issues. And now blizz is hunting as like rabbits, because of people like you.

And this just confirms what someone else has already said, the bot is made to make money out of it, not to help fairies play an awful 10 years old game

When you gather up to 12hours on daily basis nowadays, you get autoflagged and autobanned soon enough, no matter what. Yea, the random activites you were doing are delaying the ban with some time (noone but Blizz can confirm that, but still).

But im afraid, that is not enough for longevity of the bot. Last time I tested such setup with small farm 5-8 bots - most of them survived exactly 13 months, with 2 sessions x 2-3 hours on daily basis, and some random activities, daily quests, LFR etc.
2 of the bots even got their legendary cloak meanwhile (Thanks to Dungeonbuddy :D), and all the bots got 1x or 2x 72h in the past year before the account closure.

The IP dancing is not really a point here I think, I lended one of my bots in the end of the last arena season to someone from the opposite side of Europe, and he boosted with it several of his customers to glad range in the 3v3, and that still not flagged the bot at all, it was banned several months later for gather botting after player reports.

The point is, 8-12hours gathering daily is no more achievable, indeed. The profit is getting down, no doubt, but thats the truth atm, we must adapt or leave the boat ...
 
I agree with OP, botting is not nearly as profitable as it was before. I knew people that made $3,000 a month (with subs paid and replacement cd keys) with 20-30 accounts in the last year. Two of them quit, the other one is scratching $500 a month considering how much he invests replacing accounts lost.

Botting is dying day to day.

Why do you even play the game?
Seriously, if you can't press the buttons by yourself and get good at something in such an easy and dumbed down game then you probably should look for another thing to do with your free time.

People like him or me (some months ago) are the only reason why people with money and not much time play this game. they can buy the gold where they have no time to farm.
you use the bot because youre a newb and this helps noone. so stop posting like a retard and look for a game you can play.
