5)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Default Druid

6)What plugins are you using?: Im pretty sure Antidrown was the only one enabled

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: Around 12hrs per day

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? ~ 30%

9)How many auctions per day did you have?: Ranging between 300-450 auctions per day however nothing had more than about 10 stacks selling at a time.

10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

11)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

12)EU or US realm? US

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Recruit a Friend account that is on a monthly paid sub


My account was originally a perma ban however i got it to a 72hr suspension starting from the 22nd Dec. Is there anything i can do to avoid the bot getting banned? as i am now too worried to open up honorbuddy with the account again

9)How many auctions per day did you have?: Ranging between 300-450 auctions per day however nothing had more than about 10 stacks selling at a time. thats begging for a ban .... you can use an new account with new hwid or find other ways to make gold with honorbuddy - its possible use your own way and avoid getting banned so fast like using guaranteedbanned2.

if you want advice that's actually useful, don't use gatherbuddy if you don't want that account gone. not even for 2 hours per day let alone 12.

every active server has dozens of people that posts THOUSANDS, sometime 10,000s of auctions per day every day and they do it for years and guess what - they don't get banned. BECAUSE THEY DON'T BOT.

on the other hand you can run gatherbuddy for a week or two and have zero auctions and have zero gold and you will still get banned.

Why is it that detectable though??? Like if you only run it for 2 hours how the fuck do they come to the conclusion your botting?

I bought the program originally to use gatherbuddy, from readups it was reliable but it appears not. Why is gatherbuddy any easier to detect than the questing bot or the honorbuddy bot? questing follows a certain pattern to get quests done and the bot can get stuck on an object. I know from when i use to pvp how easy it was to pickup bots in bg's, they would all run into 1v10 situations and resurrect and do the same fucking thing. I know botting is essentially cheating and to be honest i dont agree with it, i understand why blizzard bans this shit however i dont have the time to farm myself and while the resource is out there to do it, i may as well take advantage of it.

Essentially what i wanted to know was if the honorbuddy team were working on a way around this so blizzard cant detect it? I would have thought its just been a recent thing that blizzard has done to detect honorbuddy. 2 of my mates who i use to raid with had the bot running for a minimum of 15hrs a day for part of wrath and the entire cataclysm expansion and never had it banned, i remember seeing the bots online in guild all day farming and i could see the gold income going straight into the bank. They have barely played MoP at all so they are not running it at the moment.
