3 of my 28 bots were banned 2 hours ago, hopefully that will be all.... I will update later if that changes. I shut them all down about 30 minutes after the bans when I noticed. The 3 accounts that I lost all had account closure notices, I have checked 5 or so random email accounts in the last hour looking for more notices but have not gotten any more yet.

Interesting thing to me was the fact that it was 1 bot per PC that got banned.

I was using the usual, latest DB, latest trinity, RYAR, some act 2 Oasis MP10 profile and some Zorked FoM/DC... 24/7/365

was this US or EU? and anything special about the remaining accts(should be 5 left?)?

1 bot per pc, does that even cover electricity bills ?

I had 28 bots running across 3 PC's... when I lost the first 3, I lost 1 account on each PC...

all botting from the same IP... 1 mule with paypal (also banned)..

the 5 remaining are all on one PC... (2/7 banned there) on this PC I mostly muled my gold to one character then transferred it to the main mule, the mule for the surviving bot PC is banned.
the main mule frequently traded with ALL the other accounts.

all bots were running US only

the two PC's that are currently completely wiped out were also running graphic disabler for the past month

Overall I got my money's worth several times over (mostly december-march). I have enough in Paypal to purchase 9 more copies, not going to "invest" any more considering the current state. (money isn't great any more but it's a hobby and I don't have enough amperage to run any more crypto-mining rigs)

Any suggestions before I restart? Going to change IP's for sure other then that I don't know. I was also running each instance as a different user on windows with it's own install folder, not sure it makes a difference but it doesn't hurt.

The only other recommendation would be that you format and reinstall your OS and Diablo and give the computer name a different name to what u were using. The Diablo client can see everything about your machine including local IP's, MAC, driver versions etc.

Just curious what good do you think formatting and re installation of the OS would be? You can change the computer name without doing that... I can change the local and external IP easy enough, I could perhaps install a PCI Ethernet card for a different MAC address, or is there another way?

*edit, never mind I changed the MAC address, it's too easy
