500 Mil budget - Best Barb setup tips?

Hello my fellow botters!

I've got this 60 barb just laying around, thought I'd start botting him since my DH is far to squishy and the bot doesn't seem to comprehend the danger of some situations..
And just for the heck of it, so I've got about 500,000,000 gold to spend on my barb, he has absolutely no gear, all need upgrade. I'd like him to be running on MP10 asap, if all possible with my budget.

So ..
1. I would love it if someone would name all the items and what stat to focus on when buying the item in question
2. What spec to use? Rune info appreciated.
3. Would this be able to run on MP10 if you'd have to guess? y/n?

For mine i use craft neck,gloves,shoulders & bracers. Rest is mempo of twilight, immortal kings eternal reign, immortal kings tribal binding (im kinda squishy so like the extra 3% lifesteal) if you want pure dmg go the witching hour, rare ring with attack speed,crit %, crit dmg, str,vit*2, inna's temperance, ice climber boots with 12% movespeed. Im using a skorn with 300+ str, crit dmg, socket and 5+% lifesteal. Ive spent ~30m on my gear and i have no problems running mp10. I had gems since before so i guess that helped. If you want to go cheap skip ice climbers and buy immortal king boots or something.

honestly, check d2jsp and just cash out that gold soon. You can prob get a sick set now for 500m tho because all the prices of everything dropped already because of the patch. Even if you start botting now Unid's have tanked and you wont make money off them unless you are running 5+ bots. Also anything you would have found that was worth 1b+ is prob worth 500m-600m or less. all the PtR Gear is beating world best gear easy now

but people need gear, for plvling etc...for expansion...
