Max sessions error

Hey I recently purchased the trail version of DemonBuddy and I ran into a couple of problems after installation. When I first opened the program as I attempted to login it crashed. After reopening it and logging in again I was told that the authentication had failed due to max sessions. I sought help from the support staff but even after killing the session on like I was told to do the problem still occurred. Don't get me wrong it's not that I'm complaining about the money loss The trails really cheap and I don't mind that much. but I wanted to get a look at the program. If anyone could help me out it'd be appreciated

Hmm did you manually check buddyauth.com

with your email and password and check if the session was in use even though you weren't using it? Try killing it there. i don't see a reason why after killing it you still can't login.

Yes I checked buddyauth.com
and after killing the session I tried to login and the program just crashed... :/ I have no idea why
I haven't done anything with it and I used the installer to install it. I even tried to repair the files

same problem here, I just downloaded the newest files of DB and updates and I killed the session thru buddyauth.com and still authentication failed.

If I were you, I would create your own thread. The mods are going to tell you to do that anyway. When you do, attach a log while you are at it.

nvm ,just deleted the entire program and reinstall.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
