How many bots do you guys run from one IP address?

How many bots do you guys run from one IP address?
Also how do you go around using multiple ips on one computer, is this possible?

To do multille ips on one machine u need a ***** or v p n however it has been discussed many times that ip is not a very important detail as u could be living in a dorm and everyone has the same ip. More commonly people worry aboit hardware ids which a virtual nachine could take care of but you lose a lot of efficiency from your machine that way. I run 5 bots on one pc. I only had one major ban months ago and it was due to a very silly action on my part. I just got back into it so idk if there have been new developments but I think you'll be fine.

I heard that if there is more than like 6 accounts running from one IP it gets flagged and blizzard check the accounts out?

I never heard that and I wouldent think there is any way anyone on this forum would know as bliz dosent like to let us know how they find us haha but its possible I supose

i bot with 5 wow accounts and i have not been banned. and my account that i do not use for botting has not been banned but i use a different ip for it.

i bot with 5 accts (all going at the same time). but i shuffle between 13 accts throughout the day. all from the same IP. no problems at all. been doing this for quite a while.

That would mean they'd have to check out:
- Every reasonable size company
- Every important school campus
- Every reasonable size dorm
- A lot of shared internet connections of houses
- A decent size family
- Any time someone decides to throw a LAN party

Ergo: no, they don't. Takes way too much time.

I run all my bots from the same IP, usually from the same PC. Have been since WoW was about 1 year old. Never been banned.

I ran 2 accounts, no v p n or anything and all was fine until one day they both got banned 2 seconds from another (E-mail bann letter time).. but at that time I was only using 1 account for several days I just didn't feel like turning the second account on.

It was simple getting them unbanned but the only thing I could think of was they seen 2 accounts running off the same IP at the same time.
