and imo u gets ddos attacked, do you have hardware firewall?

dumb ass. build a better hc char. Also ever think of the profit lost after new patches? Botting days earlier already pays for the license.

Even if it not support HC i am not noob and understand how to gear char. But if bot just completely stop to fight because auth server not work
even if you will be super geared you will die. I understand if it die when it have bad gear. But currently it die because of stupid protection which make worst condition for legal customers than illegal.
 
all this and right now my PL100 HC Barb is all well and kicking asses in MP10. :)
 
very proffesional ban the guy that spend more that 1k eu here and bring many other ppl that keep buying keys... had 0 rips for a long time before this problem, and its ur problem not ours bcoz we pay for it, sorry for talking about *****s but i got really pissed off

Change lost a toon in HC for lost electricity and time for bots stopped, this is totally your fault/problem.

not our fault/problem at all since its already stated that we dont support HC mode

so if you lost your toon,thats it accept it

The point isn't that you don't support HC, your affecting both SC and HC customers and avoiding the real issue. Telling someone that HC is not supported is not a solution to a widespread problem thats affecting everyone. I realize your trying to prevent piracy of your software, but you need to make sure its running top notch, maybe code it with some sort of safety measure so the bot goes back to town somehow before or after authentication failure.

No rookiebot you got it wrong. The "HC is not supported" is not intended as an answer to the fact that the auth server is having issues, it?s an answer to the statement "This cost me money because i lost a HC bot, wich is your fault". Since HC boting is not supported it cant be DB fault that he or anyone lose his HC toon. The problem is the Auth server and it should be fixed, but the problem of that guy (and actually anyone who lost a HC toon) is simply not DB fault because boting in HC is not a feature of DB.

This is a problem that is affecting ALL the DB users. We should be following the rules and posting one post each one of us when we got the problem, give the log and wait for then to solve the issue, but shitty attitude like the one displayed by hckowalhc shouldnt be accepted.

I think your last idea is pretty good. A script that run the char to town when you are authed out, the problem is that the script should be server side, because beign authed out means that you can no longer run anything from your instance. I do think is a good idea tho, but it would be, mainly, to fix HC boters life... and we all know HC is NOT supported.

Lets keep that this auth thing get solved soon.

exactly my point

none of us (staff) is happy with auth issues and we are trying to find whats wrong since everything seems to works as it "should" on our servers

but coming here bitching about loosing your HC toon is something else,we never promised you HC support we never promised you 100% server uptime

even if our server uptime is at 99.9% is not enough for HC botting

Hey. Nobody blame you for killing of HC chars. Me little bit tired everyday to level up from 0 to 60 lvl and get gear. It is really annoying.
Just please fix that stupid issue. Or make workaround to TP to safe place in case of auth issue.

then dont bot your HC toons or dont bot them using DB

there wont be a workaround or something cause as i already told you like 100 times already there is no HC botting support.
