lost honorbuddy code

so after a virus wiped my computer i lost track of my honorbuddy code i bought a few months ago. Now is there anyway the shop can resend the code at all? i tried looking through my emails but i cant find the email with the code in it =/ any help would be appreciated

using the email u used on checkout page and you will be able to track your key

Saw this, I am trying the same thing. I purhcased the 24.98 EUR lifetime package... was installing a fresh version of HB forgot to copy my code down.

Found this post but when I checked for my codes its not there? All that is there are two three session trials that I used before purchasing the full version.


Edit: I was able to find my code in my email. But the Auth Portal was still of no use to me.. Why might this be?
