ok this is a small simple guide that i found out what to do. as much as i love to write profile for these dungeons i am just far from knowledgeable enough, but i have slowly starting to learn the basics. anyway before we get profile for those 3 dungeons here is what i do... note. U cannot AFK doing this.. definitely NO! however u can do housework, clean the house, watch TV, cook lunch/dinner, take a shower and any kind of household things u like. as long as u can get back to ur PC from time to time. and this method is BEST done with screen open.

STEPS
1. Multi-queue yourself in SoO as dps, u can use Dungeonbuddy to queue so it will auto enter the dungeon (and then it will say no profile for this dungeon ID) and stop working, u can also use AutoMouseClicker, LFR queue pop is @ 886x361
2. once u are in stop ur HB and change to Combat bot or Lazyraider, as in dungeonbuddy mode it won't fight for u for some strange reason. make sure the 'Allow Movement' is turn ON! make a macro /tar focustarget, /follow focus, both in 1 macro 2 lines.
3. in gate of retribution. ask the group which tank is tanking ground and set that tank as focus, or u can simply look for a good DPSer and set him macro (make sure that dps was not the guy that was in cannon) but best way is to set the ground tank as macro.
4. use KeySpammer to spam that macro, i'd say spam that key every 3-5 seconds depends on how u like it, note that everytime u spam that key it will turn ur face to the tank, but then the 'combat bot' will face u towards the mob right away. so during the boss fight u will be keep on turning ur face, but don't worry nobody will notice it and u will be still doing high dps. unless we can make combat bot to follow the tank like the way it follow the tank in dungeons, then this method will be useless.
5. set your autoMouseclicker to 881x214, which is the button to accept rez, just in case if u die. u can auto rez. if there is a plugin in HB that make u rez use it.. but i don't find any.
with this method u can pretty much afk ANY boss, yes u will not perform so well but nobody is gonna notice and kick u as in LFR group there are always more noob and idiots than u. now i will tell u how this method goes with each boss.
Gararaks - u must wait till the group decide which tank will tank ground, if u wanna follow a dps, follow a M-dps as with Rdps u may be too far away for combat bot to start fighting. i recommend u just stand at where the friendly NPC zone in and wait there while group clear the cannons, as the group most likely to mount up and run back to the bridge when cannons are cleared and u will lose ur follow.
iron jugg - u must mount up by hand and run to 2nd boss, as for boss no problem at all u wont' move out of fire, and u will rarely ever get stuck when running back to boss, after he knock u back.
darkshaman - should have on problem, as the tank will stop to fight with the blind blademaster, so u most likely won't lose ur following at the bend. boss fight no problem
Nazgrim - u may lose ur following on the way to boss, just afk and catch up with the group later on that's why u need to be near ur PC, just say to the group 'sorry went to dump a load' i recommend u set focus on a good dps, so u can switch target to kill as well, especially in defensive stance as LFR noobs thinks dps him def stance is gonna cause a wipe.
Malarok - too many bends, u have to keep an eye on ur toon, boss fight is not big deal no need to move out of aoe.
spoil - im not sure the auto-follow will be able to jump off, but if it can just stay with ur tank, it should be able to clear both room afk, except when matid makes that aoe and bomb, which u may die, let them call u a noob who cares
THok - this one no problem but u may die on the fixrate if u get in front of his legs, nothing u can do about it, just hope that group don't kick u, i normally die at last phase when they relse the taurens and make fire on ground
siegecrafter - u can follow a member to the trash, park ur toon at the trash spawn and walk away, but after that u will have to manually jump into the pipe, and then u can go completely afk
paragon - u will need to manually jump into the pipe. so if u gone afk at siegecraft most likely the group will be killing paragon trash while u still @ siegecraft, don't afk too long or get kicked, say to group sorry u went to take a dump
Garrosh - this one is easy, im yet to see if bot will jump off into the room, but once ur in garrosh room just go afk. the group will wipe but nothing to worry about u can 100% afk
so above is what i do currently in LFR, without a proper profile to walk the dungeon is very bad that u must be near the PC to move ur toon from times. so unless someone can come up with a profile to walk it, above is what i found the easiest.
