HonorBuddy Sold Out?

I heard speculation that honorbuddy had sold out to blizzard and given up the users details, I know this is a massive accusation and I would normally speculate it as rumor. however couple days after I heard this my botting about got banned. this was some time ago (Few Months) but as I see people are still using honor buddy im wondering if there was any truth to it? as im thinking of making a fresh account and botting a char 1-90. any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

These 2 companies have figthed for long time against each other,
SUDDENLY they make a private agreement.

Do you even know how much money honorbuddy is worth?
