No more password reset if you log in from different IP ? for new accounts only ?

Has anyone noticed this ?
I have tried it on 2 accounts and it seems that they do not ask you to reset password. This is at-least for new accounts.
Can anyone confirm this ?

hmm yea maybe they have done it becuase of legit poeple that are using a *** or so.

you could ask them that will not heard ^^
