Bans and Latest Release

Has anyone been banned using ONLY a rotation Bot (e.g. Raidbot / Tyrael) since latest release (04.11.2013)? Wondering if release fixed the issue causing the spike in bans. Thanks for any input.

I'm fully aware of the ban section, but thank you anyway. Not 100% of people who are banned post there. Also, latest release was only posted yesterday.

Nope, but if they didn't post there, why post here? Most of them are not even registered to the forums afraid of being tracked or something like that. Users never cease to search for a word of confidence, hoping that someone will say what to do and not to do and don't wanna see the truth or at least focus on the only basis we have now which is the Ban Report Foruns.

There's a lot of crap going on, people how claims that got banned only for using combat routines on LFRs, but most of them weren't first time offenders, so that's why most got a ban or suspension... Others appealing after those bans and getting the bans lifted as Blizzard wouldn't know how to prove how they are botting, in the other hand, a lot of high-tier DEVs got band and recurring bans after they created new accounts. That's where the doubts are, and that's what we have for dinner.
