Framelock setting within HB

Hi guys, i just recently noticed the Framelock settting in Honorbuddys 'settings & Tools' , now i use Tyrael with Framelock enabled for my routines, my question is should the option in HB settings & tools also be checked or unchecked?

The general pattern you want to follow is:
1) Keep Framelock enabled in Honorbuddy (Settings & Tools)
2) Disable framelock everywhere else
