Clear all the entries out of your host files.

If you don't know how to do this, then download this tool:

(This tool will completely reset your host file, any entries added by your anti-virus may be reset.)

Place it on your Desktop, and run it as administrator. Nothing will seem to happen, that's normal.
After you've done that, try logging in again.

I think you misunderstood something you were told. I looked through the forum for what may be causing your confusion, and can find no interactions with the Support team.

You are trying to use a key that is not a valid Honorbuddy key. This article should help you in making sure you're using the right one:

Specifically "Retrieval Technique #1" gives you immediate access to the correct key.
