Download a fresh copy of BW and install into new folder.
See if that resolves your issue

Also, make sure the you have the correct NET Framework and C++ Redistributable installed.

I Have a new Version NET Framework and C++ Redistributable, I installed it again and did not help. Is the cause may be a weak PC 1GB Graphics Card 220 CUDA, 4GB RAM?

Did you download a fresh copy from this site and installed it into a new folder?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Happened to me when I accidentally compiled the Joe's routine.

Go through ALL folders under BuddyWing and delete:
1. Anything UNDER Compiled Assemblies
2. Any Bin or Obj folders you find.
