How much gold making is pickpocketing?

I suppose it requires 90lvl Rogue to be viable, because the higher the lvl of the mob is the more gold you can pickpocket out of him, correct?

So you gotta invest into leveling of your rogue up to 90 - which can take 10 days, maybe more. And you gotta invest into Panda account, not just battlechest / cata, so 2 times more money + game time every 2 months.

So how much gold can a pickpocketer make? 1k an hour? less/more?

You should really research about pickpocketing before you think of starting it, as fas as i heard all spots are nerfed or u get banned pretty fast. The search function wil help you more then this thread i believe!

Well, I'm developing a Rogue PickPocket BotBase atm, it's still in beta and stuff isn't working 100% and everything isn't coded yet.

He made 1100 gold in 1 hour just on a test run and note that the bot is still in early BETA so yeah, it's decent gph on it
One of the great things about this BotBase is that you don't need a profile, just run to where you want to pickpocket mobs, start the bot and off you go.

I bought a profile wich is private and nobody else is in the spot. I still don't get more than 500-800g per hour, of course the author claimed it was 1k gold per hour. Sure, on my server the herbs and ores are almost worthless - so it's pretty decent income for a panda account - but as someone mentioned... the spots are limited to 1 rogue or the gold is just to low.

Question comes in mind - how come you will get banned pretty fast? Too much gold per hour hehe? ;p

Sadly I haven't invested into leveling Rogue, neither Panda account :/, and it's not worth it on battlechest account to run pickpocketing so I can test.

I see. However, probably it depends on what area are you running the profile. MAYBE there are better areas to run pickpocketing.
