Cant use wow32.exe

Can anyone help me out? I cant run wow in 32bit, for some reason.. when i try to launch 32bit from the launcher nothing happens, and if i try to use the wow32.exe my pc starts to lag to the point its unusable unless i restart ^^'

rename Wow-64.exe to Wow-64_.exe and execute the Wow.exe.

or you can just use Hb launcher
