anti-Virus clash

seems like ALOT of posts have been made about the recent update causeing anti-virus systems to be clashing with files such as greymagic.dll and cause HB to be re installed.


could we get an explination on this issue please

Just find the greymagic.dll in your antivirus' vault and restore it and add it to the exclusions list. Or, make a folder where you're going to install HB, add that directory to your antivirus exclusions list and then install it again. Works perfectly for me

yea, just find virusses and add them to an exception in your firewall. /sarcasm

i highly doubt Bossland GmbH forces us to add exception to virusscans/firewalls to make it work.

i fixed the issue by excluding all files in honorbuddy foulders but id still like to know why this happened to start with so i guessill just wait for a dev
