Remove these lines:


<TargetBlacklists>
<TargetBlacklist actorId="3981" />
</TargetBlacklists>

If I read the profile correctly and the subsequent updates to it, that should be the actor ID for the Dervishes. If removing those lines don't help, then you have got me.
